Absolutely. Your mental health data is encrypted and stored securely. We never sell your personal information to third parties. You own your data and can request deletion at any time. Mentana is GDPR compliant.
How much does Mentana cost?
Mentana offers a free trial so you can experience the full app. After the trial, a subscription is required to continue using all features. Pricing is kept as affordable as possible to make mental health support accessible to everyone. Subscription revenue helps cover AI and server costs.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can request a full export of your data by emailing mentana.hi@outlook.com. We'll send you a complete copy in a portable format within 30 days.
